Refund policy

At SLOWEN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1.⁠ ⁠Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

3.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and shipped.

6.⁠ ⁠Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first. Processing times may vary.
